Ercros staff collected 3,369 Kg of food and hygiene products

Barcelona, July 15, 2015.- The solidarity campaign in Ercros to collect food, carried out voluntarily by the staff of the company, has collected 3,369 Kg of food and hygiene products, which have been donated to helping associations located in the communities where the company operates for being distributed among people in need.

200 people participate in the open house day organized by the Ercros factory in Aranjuez

Aranjuez,  June 22, 2015. - Ercros factory in Aranjuez held last Saturday a day of open doors for worker’s friends and family in which over 200 people participated. Throughout the morning and in a festive atmosphere the participants came to the premises of the Paseo del Deleite. From there, organized by groups and guided by the factory technicians, were accompanied to see firsthand the production processes and the measures to protect the job security and the environment implemented at Aranjuez factory.

The University of Zaragoza awards the project of microencapsulation from Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo

Barcelona, june 12, 2015. - Professor Joaquin Coronas from the Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon, and the R&D department at Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo have been recognized in the awards "Triple Hélice" granted by the University of Zaragoza for its project of microencapsulation of substances in the tablets for pool water treatment.

Sabiñánigo, june 5, 2015.- Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo has received the Safety Award 2014 from the Business Federation of the Spanish Chemical Industry (Feique). This award is a recognition to the chemical production centers, with more than 50 employees, who have obtained an accident frequency rate equal to 0 in 2014; that is, they have not suffered any accident with leave last year.

Chemistry students at the University of Zaragoza visit the factory of Ercros in Sabiñánigo

Sabiñánigo, May 13, 2015 - Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo continues its educational work, scheduling student visits. Last May 12, the factory received 41 students and three teachers of chemistry degree at the University of Zaragoza. This activity is promoted by the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the same university and is repeated every year.
