High School and professional training students visit the factory of Ercros in Sabiñánigo.

26 March 2015 - Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo continues its educational work showing their facilities and operations to Aragonese students from different institutes. This time the company has been visited by 36 senior students and three teachers from IES Ramon y Cajal in Zaragoza and nine students and two teachers of professional training in electromechanical
maintenance from CPIFP Pirámide in Huesca.

On both occasions the visit began with a talk by the technical staff of the factory that showed the students the company, the manufacturing centers and the productive activity. The day continued with a tour around the factory facilities, they visit: the electrolysis plants of sodium chlorate and chlor-potash, the wastewater treatment plant, the ammonia plant and the service unit.

Both, teachers and students made a very positive assessment of the visit, especially the students who could see firsthand a reality known only, in the best case, from the theoretical seen, raising special interest among scholars in electrical maintenance.
