Sabiñánigo, November 17, 2015. - Four staff of the Ercros factory in Sabiñanigo participated on Sunday, November 15, at the XVIII Women's Race through the streets of Zaragoza, to promote early diagnosis of breast cancer and healthy life as prevention.
Natalia Lardiés ran in the individual category and Cristina Grasa, Cristina Usón and Elena Simón participated in the category of teams of co-workers. The team called "Ercros Sabiñanigo" was ranked in second place among more than 200 participating groups.
The starting gun for the solidarity race came at 10 o'clock in the Coso Street and the race walked 6.5 kilometers on both banks of the Ebro River, to finish in the Plaza del Pilar, next to the Basilica.
Women’s Race in Zaragoza raised 100,000 euros to be donated to the Spanish Association against Cancer.
