Acquisition of Company’s shares by the president

Barcelona, June 2, 2016. - The president of Ercros, Antonio Zabalza Martí, acquired on Tuesday 31 May, 57,488 company shares at an average price of 0.8323 euros/share.

Following this transaction, which has been communicated to the CNMV in compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1333/2005, of November 11, which develops law 24/1988 of July 28 of the Security Market Law, on market abuse, the number of shares and voting rights owned by Ercros chairman of the company amounts to 100,000 shares, equivalent to 0.088% of the share capital.
