Sabiñánigo, November 25, 2016. - Ercros participated in a day organized by the CEOE of Aragon, in collaboration with the Professional Qualifications Agency of Aragon, to disseminate and inform the companies the procedure to recognize and accredit the professional competence of the staff.
This procedure allows that the professional competences that have been acquired by the workers throughout their work experience can be evaluated and, if appropriate, officially recognized and accredited.
Luis Gállego, Ercros factory manager in Sabiñánigo, and Enrique Solano, head of the industrial relations service of this factory, participated as guests to the day to explain their experience in the application of this procedure in the factory of Sabiñánigo in 2015, fact that allowed to obtain a certificate of professionalism to 80 workers of the centre.
