Students of the San Alberto Magno Institute visit the factory of Ercros in Sabiñánigo

Sabiñánigo, March 23, 2017. - The factory of Ercros in Sabiñánigo has reopened its doors to welcome a new visit of students from institutes in the region, continuing with its pedagogical work. On this occasion 35 first year baccalaureate students of the institute San Alberto Magno in Sabiñánigo have got to know the facilities of Ercros in their home town.

The students, accompanied by two teachers, started the visit with a brief talk by the factory's technical staff, explaining the production processes of the first European manufacturer of chloroisocyanurates, a product widely used for the treatment of pool water. Then they have visited the electrolysis plants of sodium chlorate and chlorine potash.

The visit to the facilities of Ercros has been highly valued both by teachers and students, who have been able to see first-hand a company installed in their locality and with a long industrial tradition.
