Flix, May 8, 2017. - Ercros has signed a collaboration agreement with the Flix secondary school to promote the training of its workers. Thanks to this agreement, workers at the Flix plant will be able to access electromechanical maintenance training degree and electro technical and automated systems degree without having the academic access requirements.
The training of these workers could be done semi-face-to-face and, given their extensive work experience, could validate some of the subjects.
At the signing of the agreement were present by Ercros Mr. Jaume Molina, factory manager; Mr. José Lopez Aisa, head of industrial relations; and Mr. German Aresté, president of the works council. On behalf of the Institute of Flix, the agreement has been ratified by its director, Mrs. Maria del Mar Carranza; and the secretary of the management team, Mrs. Carmen Gracia.
The 100-year-old Flix plant belongs to the chlorine derivatives division of Ercros and is dedicated to the production of chlorine and its derivatives and dicalcium phosphate.
