Monzón, October 26, 2017. - The head of operations of Ercros factory in Monzón, Rafael Mancho, has participated in a conference organized by the Development Area of the Cinca Medio region to publicize the business reality of the region to students of secondary education, baccalaureate and degree of Business Administration. The aim of this activity is to show students their closest environment and the companies in which they can get to work in the future.
Mancho has been a speaker on the "Cinca Medio Companies" panel, along with representatives of other leading companies also located in the region. In his presentation he has talked to students about the role of chemistry in all areas of life and the motor that the chemical industry is playing in the economic development of society. Also, the head of plastics R&D service, Belén Pascual, has explained what will be the future of the chemistry of plastic polymers, the challenges that are facing the plastics at the end of its useful life and the commitment of Ercros by the range of ErcrosBio products.
The Monzón plant belongs to the Ercros chlorine derivatives division and is focused on the production of PVC compounds, with multiple applications: cables, waterproofing sheets, pipes, shoe soles, plugs, films and packaging, blinds and electric gutters.
