Ercros reports on the announcement of treasury shares purchase

Barcelona, ​​April 6, 2018. - The Company informs that, under the third share repurchase program for amortization, during the period between March 26, 2018 and April 5, 2018, has purchased 152,000 treasury shares.

Since March 12, 2018, the date on which this third program began, the Company has acquired 422,222 treasury shares. At present, the Company holds 2,538,710 treasury shares, which represent 2.288% of the share capital.
