Ercros reports on the announcement of treasury shares purchase

Barcelona, ​​April 17, 2018. - The Company informs that, under the third share repurchase program for amortization, during the period between April 6, 2018 and April 13, 2018, has purchased 146,000 treasury shares.

Since March 12, 2018, the date on which this third program began, the Company has acquired 568,222 treasury shares. At present, the Company holds 2,684,710 treasury shares, which represent 2,419% of the share capital.
