Ercros reports on the announcement of treasury shares purchase

Barcelona, ​​May 4, 2018. -  The Company informs that, under the third share repurchase program for amortization, during the period between May 3, 2018 and May 9, 2018, has purchased 101,780 treasury shares.

Since March 12, 2018, the date on which this third program began, the Company has acquired 986,502 treasury shares. At present, the Company holds 3,102,990 treasury shares, which represent 2.796% of the share capital.
