("Ercros" or "the Company") at its meeting held on May 20, 2018, the board calls the shareholders of this Company to the ordinary general meeting that will be held at Mutua General de Seguros, calle Entenza, 325-335, Barcelona, on June 14, 2018 at 12:00 pm, in its first call, and, if the necessary quorum is not met, in its second call on June 15, 2018, at the same location and time.
