Ercros reports on the treasury shares purchase

Barcelona, May 30, 2018. - The Company informs that, under the third share repurchase program for amortization, during the period between May 21, 2018 and May 25, 2018, has purchased 58,400 treasury shares.

Since March 12, 2018, the date on which this third program began, the Company has acquired 1,044,902 treasury shares. At present, the Company holds 3,161,390 treasury shares, which represent 2.849% of the share capital.
