Ercros reports on the purchase of 105,000 treasury shares

Barcelona, July 2, 2018. - The Company informs that, under the third share repurchase program for amortization, during the period between June 21, 2018 and June 29, 2018, has carried out the purchase of 105,000 treasury shares.

Since March 12, 2018, the date on which this third program began, the Company has acquired 1,389,440 treasury shares. At present, the Company holds 3,505,928 treasury shares, which represent 3.159% of the share capital.
