Ercros participates in the creation of the new management and modernization entity of the Almussafes’ Polígono Norte

Almussafes, July 2, 2019. - Ramon Collado, director of the Ercros factory in Almussafes, together with the rest of the members of the Association of Employers of Parks and Industrial Estates of the Ribera Baixa (APPI), has participated in the creation of an entity with the purpose of managing and modernizing this industrial area, as reflected in the new Law of Industrial Areas of the Valencian Community.

This law is born with the aim of boosting the economy of the industrial areas of this community. In the case of the Almussafes’ Polígono Norte, where the Ercros factory is located, it will work in four different areas: security and emergency; maintenance and waste management; mobility and access; and supplies.

The Almussafes factory belongs to the Ercros intermediate chemicals division, has a workforce of more than 100 people and is the world's leading producer of paraformaldehyde, a product that is used in the furniture, textile, paper or pharmaceutical industry .
