Barcelona, May 31, 2021. - Ercros and Acuamed have reached an agreement whereby Acuamed will transfer to Ercros, with effect from December 31, 2021, the ownership of two industrial warehouses, with a surface area of 13,420 m2 and 1,823 m2 each, located on land that Ercros transferred within its Flix factory, to facilitate Acuamed execution of the decontamination works of the Flix reservoir.
The Flix City Council, on its part, has supported and promoted the maintenance of these warehouses, which is why it welcomes the reached agreement.
Ercros relies on the availability of both warehouses to promote the project to reindustrialize the site of its factory in Flix. This project is been carried out with the help of the City Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
