Barcelona, July 1, 2021. - The Company informs that, under the fifth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between June 23 and 30, 2021 has carried out the purchase of 32,000 treasury shares.
On June 30, 2021, the term of the fifth program for the repurchase of treasury shares has ended. Thereby, the sixth program for the repurchase of treasury shares has begun, which was approved by the board of directors on June 10, 2021 under the authorization granted by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the June 23, 2017.
Currently, the Company holds 1,284,000 treasury shares (1.27%).
