Barcelona, March 8, 2022. - Ercros joins the demand for equality between men and women on the occasion of the celebration today of International Women's Day and reaffirms its commitment to equal opportunities and rejection of any type of discrimination of men and women.
Ercros adopts and updates equality policies and plans, ensures non-discrimination based on gender, investigates ways to increase the presence of women in the company, ensures family conciliation and upholds zero tolerance for all forms of aggression against women.
Currently, just over 17% of the Ercros workforce is made up of women and although the goal of equality is still a long way off, the company is working to increase the presence of women in its workforce.
