Quality products at the service of our customers
The quality standards applied by Ercros, defined in the sustainability management system, are based on the international standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. This standard has been implemented in all our production facilities since 2009, as well as in the sales departments of the different businesses, and is renewed every year after undergoing an audit by an external certifying company.
Ercros' production facilities and sales departments are ISO 9001 certified according to the latest update of the standard, which was carried out in 2015. The current certifications have been issued by Aenor Internacional (the Spanish association for standardisation and certification) and IQNet (the international certifying body that brings together the main certifying bodies in different countries).
Every facility certifies the quality of the products it manufactures and sells, the design and development of its processes and the services it provides, as appropriate.
