Emotional well-being conference on Mental Health Day
On the occasion of Mental Health Day, Ercros has held a conference for all its staff with the aim of bringing them closer to the concept of emotional well-being, as well as making mental health visible and providing them with self-care strategies.
We sponsor a room for newborns' families at the Tajo Hospital
The Ercros factory in Aranjuez has responded to the request of the Tajo University Hospital and has paid for the adaptation of a room for the families of newborns who have to spend some time in the incubator.
Staff at the Cerdanyola factory take more than a million steps in four week
The staff at the Cerdanyola factory have participated in the “Walk, be healthy and win!” campaign, organized by the health prevention service, and they walked more than a million of steps, a distance equivalent to going from Cerdanyola to Geneva.
Tortosa staff walk five million steps in four weeks
The staff at the Tortosa factory have participated very actively in the “Walk, be healthy and win!” campaign. organized by the health prevention service and they walked a total of 5,543,341 steps, a distance equivalent to going from Tortosa to Budapest and back.
We participated in the closing ceremony of the URV dual major chemistry degree
Belen Brota, head of the technical quality and environment department of the industrial complex of Tarragona ("CIT"); Manel Tierno, responsible for R&D of the plastics business, and Mario Lorenzo, head of industrial relations at the CIT, participated in the closing ceremony of the Degree in Chemistry with dual mention at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili ("URV").

The Vila-seca II kart championship reaches its twelfth edition
The arrival of spring at the Vila-seca II factory is synonymous with speed and adrenaline: on Saturday, May 18, the XII Kart Championship was held, open to the entire staff of this center and their families. Tarraco Karting was the setting chosen for a competition, where competitiveness, camaraderie and the desire to have a good time were the protagonists of the day.
10th edition of the Cursa Diagonal DiR Guàrdia Urbana
Eight people from the corporation participated this Sunday in the Cursa Diagonal DiR Guàrdia Urbana, which runs along Avinguda Diagonal in Barcelona from end to end and whose modality was 10 or 5 kilometres. The morning ended with a good (and well-deserved) breakfast in the company of some family members and the promise to return in 2025 because healthy initiatives, as we know, are engaging.
Kayak outing of the Joaquin Costa Social Group
The Joaquin Costa Social Group, from the Vila-seca II factory, organized an outing last Sunday in which nearly 27 people participated: they met at the factory and, from there, headed to the river Ebre. The bravest made the kayak route from Pas de Barca in Miravet to the village of Benifallet, and those who opted for a walking day made the crossing by boat.
First biker outing of the Vila-seca I social group
Walking, running, kayaking, cycling and now... on motorcycle. The social groups of the Tarragona complex have decided to make the most of spring weekends to enjoy good company and practice their hobbies. In this occasion, the one from Vila-seca I made a motorcycling outing along the impressive roads of the Priorat region: they met in the morning, went up the road, stopped to have a good breakfast and back again to the biker roads in the area.
Healthy route on the mountain of Montjuïc
A group of workers from the corporation and the Tarragona complex, and their families, enjoyed a walk on the Montjuïc mountain. Eight kilometers of circular circuit that passed through emblematic places in the park: the National Museum of Art of Catalonia, the gardens of Laribal, the Mirador de l'Alcalde and the Castle of Montjuïc.
