The 3rd Ercros Corporation Padel Tournament has been held

The third edition of the Ercros Corporation padel tournament was held last Friday at 4 pm, under a blazing sun and during a heatwave, but nothing deterred the 12 intrepid participants who played in what was, to date, the most competitive tournament.

The competitors consumed more than 15 litres of water during the matches to cope with the heat, in a match where a fantastic atmosphere prevailed, but without diminishing the competitive spirit of each player.

All the matches were very close, and the final was decided on the very last point, creating an atmosphere of excitement until the final second: Roger Pascual and Roberto Luján faced Javier Blanco and Oscar Giménez. It was the golden point. Whoever won would take the cup. Pascual hit a high ball that Giménez collected and, to the great anticipation of the other competitors, it hit the net, giving Roger and Roberto the victory.

The 12 brave participants enjoyed a well-deserved snack afterward to regain their strength, and all agreed they wanted more events like this. Ideally, in slightly cooler weather.
