Cerdanyola receives the visit of R&D experts from the University of Havana

The Ercros factory in Cerdanyola has received the visit of a delegation from the Innovation and Development Foundation of the University of Havana (Cuba), within the framework of the European Valzeo project. This project is focused on researching sustainable materials and fostering collaboration between academia and the private sector at an international level.

The delegation of the Innovation and Development Foundation of the University of Havana was composed of Vilma Hidalgo, general director; Annia Hernández, director of development, and Arlene Perdomo, director of legal and intellectual property.

During the visit, Amadeu Ricart, head of technical assistance at the Cerdanyola factory, explained to the delegation the activity of Ercros and the operation of the bioscrubber system, which contributes to the reduction of emissions and the care of the environment.
