Chemical Engineering master’s students from Unizar visit Sabiñánigo

Around twenty students from the master’s program in Chemical Engineering at the University of Zaragoza (Unizar) visited the Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo.

Before entering the production plants, technical staff from the factory gave a presentation about the company (activities, sites, and production processes, etc.). Afterwards, the students were able to visit the new hydrogen electrolyser, the chlorine-caustic soda plant, and the hydrogen peroxide plant.

Both the students and the professors highly valued the visit, considering that on-site knowledge of Ercros’ production activities is very interesting, and they emphasized the benefits that this type of initiative provides for the students and their training.
