Ercros, awarded for its good practices in workforce healthcare
Cristina Finestra, Sonia Arauzo, Mari Carmen Cruzado and Llorenç Saltó

Ercros has received recognition for Good Business Practices in Promoting Health at Work awarded by the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSST), within the framework of the XI Annual Meeting of the Spanish Network of Healthy Companies (REES), held in Zaragoza.

This distinction highlights the company's commitment to promoting the health and well-being of workers, as well as the integration of a preventive culture in all areas of the organisation.

On behalf of Ercros, Dr. Sonia Arauzo, head of health prevention at the Aranjuez factory, collected the recognition. Also attending the event were Mari Carmen Cruzado, director of the pharmaceuticals division; Llorenç Saltó, corporate head of health prevention; and Cristina Finestra, head of the prevention service of Ercros.

The INSST recognitions distinguish those companies that develop initiatives that go beyond compliance with legal obligations in the field of occupational risk prevention, and incorporate health promotion as a strategic management element. The evaluation takes into account aspects such as leadership, worker participation, communication, planning of actions, their integration into the organisation and collaboration between the different areas involved.

Ercros has the certification of its healthy organisation management system (Sigos), granted by Aenor through the Ercros Saludable initiative. This system integrates health prevention with the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits and the well-being of workers.
