Ercros brings the industry closer to the students

Ercros' Tarragona Industrial Complex (CIT) participated in the second edition of the Dual Training Fair at the Institut Comte de Rius, an event connecting companies and vocational training students. Mario Lorenzo, Silvia Padró, and Azucena Sánchez, from the CIT's Human Resources department, represented the company at the event.

Under the motto Discover | Connect | Advance, the event fostered the exchange of experiences and talent acquisition, both for dual vocational training programs and for future employment opportunities.

During the fair, Ercros presented its industrial activity and the career opportunities in the chemical sector, giving students a glimpse into the realities of the industry.

With this participation, the company reaffirms its commitment to training, young talent, and collaboration with local educational institutions.
