Ercros collaborates in the scientific communication contest X(p)rimenta

Ercros has collaborated in the XV edition of the X(p)rimenta 2025 Audiovisual Scientific Communication Award, organized by the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRI) and the Catalan Association of Scientific Communication (ACCC).

The contest rewards the best videos of scientific experiments made by primary, secondary, baccalaureate and vocational training students in Catalonia and Valencia, and this year it has broken participation records: 308 videos have been submitted —44% more than in 2024— with the involvement of 1,078 students and 114 teachers from 109 schools.

The awards ceremony for the 33 finalist videos was held at the Barcelona East School of Engineering of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Teresa Camarasa, head of R+D of the intermediate chemicals division of Ercros participated in the delivery of a gift voucher for the purchase of scientific school materials to the winning schools.

Among the participants were students from centres located in municipalities where Ercros has factories, such as the Jaume Mimó Institute in Cerdanyola del Vallès, the Tarragona Institute and the Mare Nostrum School in Tarragona, and the Ebro Institute in Tortosa.
