Ercros inspires female students on Women and Girls in Science Day

In commemoration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Mari Carmen Cruzado, director; María Luisa Díez, head of R&D, and Laura García Alberola, chemical engineer, all of them from the Ercros pharmaceuticals division, met with the Aranjuez factory’s students in training.

During the meeting, they shared experiences related to gender challenges in professional development and encouraged students to persevere in their careers and become role models for future generations.

Ercros reaffirms its commitment to equality in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), and stresses the need to move towards a society where talent and passion for science do not face gender barriers.
