Ercros participates in the 3E Salon of Monzón to get closer to young talent

The Ercros factory in Monzón has participated in the fourth edition of the 3E Show, a meeting dedicated to promoting employment and facilitating contact between companies and professionals in the territory, especially Vocational Training students.

Ercros has had a stand in which it has presented its industrial activity, its production processes and the professional opportunities it offers. Representing the factory were Rafael Mancho, head of the centre; Mª Carmen Bestregui, head of Human Resources; and Pilar Salsé, R+D technician.

The 3E Show, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Huesca, the City Council of Monzón and the Association of Entrepreneurs of Monzón and Cinca Medio, has brought together 60 companies from the industrial and service sectors and about 600 attendees. Among them, about 400 students from seven educational centers in the regions of Cinca Medio, La Litera and Somontano de Barbastro, as well as about 200 people looking for employment.

Participation in this initiative is part of Ercros' collaboration with its neighbors and its interest in bringing industrial activity closer to young and future professionals in the region
