Ercros takes part in the 3E Fair in Monzón

Ercros has participated with its own stand in the third edition of the 3E Exhibition of education, employment and enterprises, organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the province of Huesca, the City Council of Monzón and the Association of Entrepreneurs Monzón Cinca Medio. The aim of the 3E Show is to put the business fabric in contact with students, mainly vocational training.

Representing Ercros were Rafael Mancho, Belén Pascual, Mª Carmen Bestregui and Pilar Salsé, who explained to the students the job opportunities offered by the company in the industrial and chemical field, and the professional profiles most in demand in the factory it has in Monzón. In addition, at the Ercros stand, visitors were able to see a sample of products made from PVC and ErcrosBio compounds, produced in the factory.

Ercros' participation in this meeting is part of its commitment to the training and development of young talent. The Monzón factory regularly collaborates with educational centres and universities. In 2025 it has signed agreements with the University of Zaragoza and the Universitat Rovira i Virgili to host undergraduate internship students. It also has agreements with vocational training centres, within the intensive dual vocational training programme, which combines classroom learning with work experience in the company.

With these initiatives, Ercros reaffirms its commitment to educational collaboration and youth employability, and contributes to future professionals acquiring practical and quality training in a real industrial environment.
