Ercros reports a EUR 3.9 million loss in the first half of 2026
- In the first half of 2026, Ercros reported a contribution of EUR 130.4 million, an adjusted ebitda of EUR 22.7 million, and a net loss of EUR 3.9 million.
- The second quarter of 2026 was marked by the conflict in the Strait of Hormuz, which drove up raw material prices and led to a temporary increase in selling prices in Europe.
- So far, the effects of the European Commission's Action Plan for the European Chemical Industry have yet to materialise.
- Ercros maintains a strong financial position, with EUR 75 million in liquidity.
- The integration process is progressing according to plan, with both Ercros and Bondalti advancing the work smoothly and at a good pace.
- At its General Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 June, Ercros approved, among other agenda items, the delisting of the company's shares and the subsequent launch by Bondalti Iberica of a tender offer for all Ercros shares in connection with the delisting, at a price of EUR 3.505 per share.
