Students mentored by Ercros at the Cerdanyola Talent Factory

The baccalaureate students of the Forat del Vent Institute, Zayner Bachrouri and Gina Santos, mentored by Ercros, have been finalists in the third edition of the Cerdanyola Talent Factory contest, which recognizes the young entrepreneurial talent of the city.

Héctor Barón and Ángel Dominguez, director and head of industrial relations at the Cerdanyola factory, respectively, have been in charge of helping the students in the development of their entrepreneurship project: RegreenStich, a second-hand clothing recycling project where young designers will be able to redesign clothing and sell them through the web.

Barón was in charge of presenting the RegreenStich project during the awards ceremony. In his speech, he highlighted the effort and interest shown by the two students during the work. The event was chaired by Carlos Cordón, mayor of Cerdanyola del Vallès and the godmother of the event was the director of the Alba Synchrotron, Caterine Biscari.

The two students have been awarded with attendance at the Talent School, a project that seeks to generate interest in young people in the world of business and encourage the search for innovative ideas that improve the environment and society.
