We participated in the business fair of the IES Comte de Rius in Tarragona

The Tarragona Industrial Complex (CIT) of Ercros has participated in the business fair organized by the Comte de Rius Institute, an event whose objective is to promote interaction between companies and vocational training students, as well as to promote internship and employment opportunities.

The CIT had an information stand from which guidance was offered to students on the internships carried out at the center and the different professional profiles that develop their career at Ercros.

Representing the CIT were Mario Lorenzo, Azucena Sánchez and Silvia Padró, from the department of industrial relations, who highlighted the value of this type of initiative to strengthen the relationship with educational centers and attract young talent. "It was a very enriching experience that allowed us to interact directly with the students, learn about their concerns and explain first-hand what it is like to work in an industrial plant like ours."
