We participated in the Tortosa +45 Employment Fair

Ercros participated in the +45 Employment Fair, an initiative promoted by the Tortosa City Council and Chamber of Commerce aimed at boosting the employment of people over 45 who are currently unemployed. The event also seeks to encourage companies and organizations to take an active role in supporting, guiding, and hiring professionals from this age group.

Joan Carles Galiana, head of industrial relations at the Ercros factory in Tortosa, was responsible for welcoming visitors interested in learning about the most in-demand professional profiles in the industrial sector, as well as the job opportunities available at the company.

The Ercros stand received visits from the mayor of Tortosa, Jordi Jordan; the manager of the city's Chamber of Commerce, Francesc Minguell; and former basketball player and Olympic medallist Fernando Romay, who participated in the fair as a guest speaker.

The Tortosa Chamber of Commerce expressed its appreciation to Ercros for its active involvement in this networking space between companies and job seekers.
