Workers of the social group Joaquin Costa in the petanque championship

The group of workers Joaquín Costa, from the Vila-seca II factory, has recovered with impetus its recreational and sports activities after the forced stoppage caused by the covid-19 pandemic.

On the 6th of November on the slopes of Vila-seca, the autumn petanque championship was held, with the participation of nine pairs of expert players. The tournament also brought together more than 25 members of the Joaquín Costa group, who acted as spectators of the championship and later joined the lunch that was held.

The pair formed by José Luis Luna and Carlos Periz was proclaimed champion of the tournament, followed by the pair made up of Ricard Sáez and Javi Miralves.
