Ercros informs about the purchase of 35,000 treasury shares

As a continuation of relevant information number 14 published on February 11, 2020, the Company informs that, under the fifth repurchase program of its own shares to be redeemed, during the period between June 3 and 11, 2021, has carried out the purchase of 35,000 own shares.

Currently, the Company holds 1,213,000 treasury shares (1.20%).

The detail of the operations carried out during the aforementioned period is attached as an annex.
