Ercros informs about the purchase of 76,446 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the sixth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between August 30 and September 7, 2021 has carried out the purchase of 76,446 treasury shares.
Currently, the Company holds 1,789,871 treasury shares (1.77%).
It is attached as an annex the detail of the operations carried out during the aforementioned period.
