Ercros reports on the purchase of 102,000 treasury shares

The Company reports that, under the fifth share repurchase program to amortize, during the period between April 2nd and April 3rd, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 102,000 treasury shares.

At present, the Company holds 3,398,964 treasury shares (3.14%).
