Ercros reports on the purchase of 681,278 treasury shares

The Company reports that, under the fifth share repurchase program to amortize, during the period between February 12 and March 2, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 681,278 treasury shares.

At present, the Company holds 1,229,668 treasury shares (1.17 %).
