Ercros reports on the purchase of 934,553 treasury shares

The Company reports that, under the fifth share repurchase program to amortize, during the period between March 3 and 11, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 934,553 treasury shares.

At present, the Company holds 2,164,221 treasury shares (2.06%).
