Ercros strengthens transport safety with load securing training

On the occasion of the entry into force of Order PJC/780/2025, dated July 21, which allows the maximum authorized mass for national transport to be increased to 44 t, among other provisions, Ercros organized a training course on the securing of goods in trucks and containers, attended by 27 people, including logistics staff from various Ercros factories and contracted loading and unloading companies. The training took place at the Sabiñánigo factory and was organized over two sessions.
The course focused on the application of both the previous and the new regulations on vehicle load securing, as well as the possible consequences and liabilities arising from incorrect securing.
The theoretical training was applied to a practical case: securing sheets prepared according to EUMOS 40674 standards, specifically for loads at the Sabiñánigo site. In addition, the draft of the SmartGuide –a personal digital tourist guide application– on load securing was presented, which will be incorporated into the loading and unloading procedures of the site along with the proposed sheets.
The course, delivered by the consultancy HDZ Cargo Consulting, certified the attendees and the factory with a diploma.
