CNMV publishes the acceptance period for Bondalti's delisting tender offer for Ercros
ACCEPTANCE PERIOD FOR THE DELISTING TENDER OFFER FOR ERCROS, S.A. LAUNCHED BY BONDALTI IBERICA, S.L.U.
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) announces that, on 23 July 2026, the first of the notices referred to in Article 22 of Royal Decree 1066/2007 of 27 July was published in connection with the delisting tender offer for Ercros, S.A. launched by Bondalti Iberica, S.L.U.
Accordingly, and in accordance with the terms set out in the explanatory prospectus (*) relating to the offer, the acceptance period will run from 24 July 2026 to 10 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
