On September 10, 2026, the National Securities Market Commission adopted the following resolution:
"To provisionally suspend—effective as of 00:00 hours on September 11, 2026, pursuant to Article 64 of Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Securities Markets and Investment Services—trading on the Stock Exchanges and the Stock Market Interconnection System of the shares of ERCROS, S.A. and other securities granting the right to their subscription, acquisition, or sale, following the conclusion of the acceptance period for the tender offer launched by Bondalti Ibérica, S.L.U. for the shares of ERCROS, S.A. for the purpose of their delisting. This suspension will remain in effect until the definitive exclusion of the aforementioned company's shares from trading takes place".
