Ercros informs about the purchase of 102,000 treasury shares
The Company informs that, under the fifth program of repurchase of treasury shares, during the period between April 2nd and April 3rd, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 102.000 treasury shares. Currently, the Company holds 3,398,964 treasury shares (3.24 %).
The following is a breakdown of the operations on the Company's treasury shares carried out between April 2nd and April 3rd 2020:
