3rd ESO students from the Flix institute visit the Ercros factory

About twenty 3rd year ESO students from the Flix Institute visited the Ercros factory located in the same municipality on April 11. The company staff showed the students, accompanied by three professors, the special presentation created for the 150th anniversary of the periodic table.

Subsequently, the students were equipped with the necessary safety clothing and a visit to the factory facilities was carried out, which included explanations from the dicalcium phosphate and energy technician, Jordi Ribes.

Ribes explained the operation of the water collection facilities for use as industrial water and purification for its subsequent delivery to the municipal drinking water network, the dicalcium phosphate plant and the wastewater treatment plant.
