Ercros' factories in Aranjuez, Sabiñánigo, Tarragona, Tortosa and Vila-seca I have received the Feique 2025 Safety Award, granted by the Spanish Chemical Industry Business Federation (Feique), which recognizes chemical sector production centres with more than 50 workers that, during the past year, registered a general accident frequency rate equal to zero; that is, they had no work accidents with or without sick leave among their own staff.

The awards were presented at the headquarters of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) by Aitana Garí, Director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSST); Rosa Santos, Director of the CEOE's Department of Employment, Diversity, and Social Protection; and Juan Antonio Labat, Director General of Feique.

Representing Ercros, the awards were accepted by Manuel Gómez, Head of Prevention and Environment at the Aranjuez plant; Elena Simón, Director of the Sabiñánigo plant; Blanca Rius, Director of the Tortosa plant; and Joan Miquel Capdevila, Director of the Tarragona Industrial Complex (CIT), representing the Tarragona and Vila-seca I facilities.

During the event, Llorenç Saltó, Head of Health and Safety at Ercros, presented a guide developed by Feique to prevent alcohol and other drug use in the workplace through awareness campaigns, training, and healthcare support.

In 2025, Ercros recorded an accident frequency rate for its own employees of 1.8*, compared to 2.8 the previous year, reflecting the consolidation of a preventative culture and a collective commitment to increasingly safer work environments.

(*) Accidents with and without lost time among own staff per million hours worked.
