Ercros participates in a round table about women engineers and architects

Ercros will participate in the round table that will be held this Tuesday, March 12, by the School of Engineering and Architecture (EINA) of the University of Saragossa under the title "Dones professionals de l'enginyeria i l'arquitectura a l' Arago». The initiative is part of the anonymous teacher innovation project "Tutoring with gender perspective".

The round table will be made up of five speakers, including Elena Simón, head of the I+T department of the Sabiñánigo d'Ercros factory, who is also part of the first promotion of Chemical Engineering at the University of Saragossa (1999).

Simón is going to explain to her assistants her professional trajectory, after she is going to finish her studies until she is going to start working at the Sabiñánigo d'Ecros factory and is going to highlight the scarce presence of women in higher technical fields at the beginning of her career. She will also talk about the evolution of the company, both in the number of women in areas of responsibility and in the progress in bringing stereotypes to their location, and will highlight the importance of education to achieve the real equality.
