Ercros responsible and sustainable PVC production recognised

The production of Ercros PVC compounds has been recognised with the VinylPlus Supplier sustainability certificate, after successfully passing the audit. Belén Pascual, head of R&D plastics at Ercros, has been in charge of collecting the recognition that accompanies obtaining this certificate, within the framework of the VinylPlus Sustainability Forum 2025, which was held in Paris.

The VinylPlus Supplier Certificate confirms that Ercros operates responsibly and sustainably in the production of PVC compounds. Specifically, this certification recognises the best practices implemented at the Monzón plant, where the Etinox F and Etinox X compound families are manufactured, and which has become a benchmark in the industry.

Among the aspects valued by the certification are the selection of raw materials according to their environmental, social and energy criteria, as well as Ercros' commitment to transmitting these values to its customers.

The VinylPlus Sustainability Forum is the annual benchmark event for the PVC sector in Europe and is organised by VinylPlus, the entity that promotes the sustainable development of the European PVC industry.
