Bondalti Ibérica, S.L.U. has announced that the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) has authorized the economic concentration resulting from its voluntary public tender offer for all the shares of Ercros, subject to the commitments submitted by Bondalti.
The decision will become effective once the maximum period of 15 business days has elapsed for the Ministry of Economy to decide whether to refer the case to the Council of Ministers, which, if applicable, will have one month to issue its resolution.
