Bondalti's statement on the order of the Minister of Economy

Bondalti has reported that, regarding the request for authorization of the takeover bid it submitted for all Ercros shares, on November 24, the resolution of the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) authorizing the economic concentration resulting from the takeover bid, subject to commitments, has become final and effective as the Minister of Economy, Trade and Enterprise did not consider it appropriate to refer the transaction to the Council of Ministers.
