Ercros informs about the purchase of 270.200 treasury shares
As a continuation of the relevant information number 16,755 published on June 10, 2022, the Company informs that, under the seventh program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between February 15 and 23, 2023, has carried out the purchase of 270,200 treasury shares as details in the following table.
Following these purchases, the Company holds 3,593,289 treasury shares representing 3.72% of the share capital.
